Why doesn’t it stick well to some surfaces?
The speaker uses a suction base to attach to surfaces for better vibration transmission. If it doesn’t stick well, try the following:
- Clean the surface: Dust or oil can reduce grip.
- Wipe the suction base gently to remove debris.
- Ensure the surface is flat and smooth – textured or porous surfaces won’t create a strong seal.
- Avoid using on soft or uneven materials, like fabric or leather.
How do I activate True Wireless Stereo (TWS) mode?
- Turn on both speakers.
- On the left speaker, press the “+” button three times quickly. Wait 1–2 seconds.
- On the right speaker, also press the “+” button three times. Wait another 1–2 seconds.
- The two speakers will now pair with each other.
- Open your phone's Bluetooth settings — only one device will appear. Connect to it.
🛠 Troubleshooting:
If it doesn’t work:
- Go to your Bluetooth settings and "Forget This Device".
- Turn both speakers off, then repeat the pairing steps.
- Make sure no other Bluetooth devices are interfering.
